"Of course, she's global: She's a global artist," he continued. "She's a global actress, and the music has to be international, and the rhythmic aspect of it or the Latin and this thing of a dancer [all needs to be there].

"She mentioned, 'I need to dance. I want to make folks dance and be able to sing with me.' That is what we did, and it feels good. I feel we'll have a giant one."

American Idol
